Nath Valley School was started in 1992 by a group of leading citizens from different walks of life under the umbrella of the Aurangabad Vidya Mandir Trust.

The school aims to promote EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION in every sense of the term. The 20 acre campus is situated approximately five kms. from the railway station, near the hills surrounding the historical city of Aurangabad. A lake and a majestic mountain form its southern backdrop.

Its buildings have been designed with great care to suit the purpose of all round education. The Nath Valley School has a qualitative educational approach based on international norms. With a student teacher ratio not exceeding 13:1 and with longer "school hours", the School aims to improve academic results, as well as character, through a balanced curriculum. It has a boy's hostel to accomodate 80 students.

The School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education for the Secondary as well as the Senior Secondary Examinations. It has at present classes I to XII.

The School is a secular, co-educational institution teaching in the English Medium with Hindi and Marathi as the additional languages. It firmly believes in instilling a sense of love and respect for India, our motherland, and its rich and diverse cultural heritage.
